The virtual infrastructure feasibility assessment is the culmination of the L.E.A.D programme. Utilising the results of the VAS and combining these with any additional information which may have been gathered during the VLEARN sessions or interaction within the VPIT, the vacademy Accredited Partner will compile and deliver a report that specifically addresses the needs of the client and will contain the following key elements.

• A high level view of the clients business and infrastructure
• A list of primary and secondary objectives and design goals as defined with the client
• An indication of how ready the clients existing infrastructure is to support a migration to a virtual environment
• An assessment of potential benefits which may not have been identified by the client originally but which have been identified during the course of the LEAD programme
• A roadmap for achieving virtualisation and a high level indication of budgetary requirements.
