Welcome to the vacademy® web site. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. The vacademy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the vacademy web site, both now and in the future. These terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of vacademy web site and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications.

Membership Conditions

1. Membership of The vacademy® is free
2. Attendance at any of the vacademy sessions are also free. However,
48 hours cancellation notice of non-attendance is required. If you cancel a booking in less than 48 hours, an administration charge of £200 will be incurred for "no show".
3. Should a "no show" charge be levied and payment not received, this
will result in instant dismissal from the vacademy.
4. All bookings will be confirmed via e-mail once you have booked your
sessions.
5. Utilisation of the Sandpit facility is also free. However 48 hours
cancellation notice of non-attendance is required. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, an administration charge of £500 will be incurred for "no show".
6. Should a "no show" charge of £500 be levied and payment not
received, this will result in instant dismissal from the vacademy.
7. All Sandpit bookings will be confirmed via e-mail.
8. The password that you receive at time of becoming a member is not
transferable outside of your organisation.
9. The password that you receive at time of becoming a member cannot be
transferred within your organisation. However, if you have a colleague that needs access, please contact info@vacademy.com and request an additional login for your colleague(s).
